People who move from the East to the West find it easier to adjust to the lifestyle for the west is more advanced in terms of materialistic economy. However when one travels from west to the east, though in terms of materialistic needs you can find the countries being on par or comparable to the west, the cultural as well as social elements are totally new and different. There is too vast a difference in the way societies function, the food, clothing as well as the language and value systems. Westerners take a little while to get used to understanding the local customs.
